Unicity Shopping Centre

Unicity Shopping Centre is a redevelopment of an existing enclosed mall into a commercial/ retail site with individual buildings. The focus is to provide both vehicular and pedestrian traffic routes with opportunities to access and integrate with the buildings and development. Various commercial pads are located throughout the site to provide a variety of retail opportunities for both the owners and customers. A significant landscape buffer including berming was designed around the perimeter adjacent to the surrounding residential area.
