Northtown Mall

Northtown Mall is a redevelopment of an existing mall that required extensive revitalization. A new concept was developed with design variation for both the anchor tenants and specialty retailers. An asymmetrical treatment of the building elevation and composition allows variation to tenant sizes and provides visual interest for pedestrian traffic. Warm-coloured, durable materials were used to attract people to the redevelopment and relate better to the surrounding neighborhood.
