Phase One and Two buildings are four storeys and include 56 units per building. Unit types include one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom suites. The development is designed with the formal geometries and axis of traditional / classical architecture.

The two buildings surround a piazza animated with formal landscaping, water features and seating areas. Surrounding the grounds are masonry and wrought iron fence, providing a sense of security as well as complimenting the building architecture.
